Magic Carving Knife!
ANYBODY have a MAGIC carving knife? You know, a knife that does exactly what you want it too (most of the time). Stays sharp for long periods of carving. Doesn't leave very many "fuzzies". Isn't quick to turn on you and bite. Or are you still looking for the perfect knife?
Maybe I should have asked, "is there a carving knife training program out there"?

I've got a tool box full of perfect knives! And I'll probably see another one tomorrow that I don't have yet! But then I've never met a knife that I didn't like.
