Carving - In A Walnut Shell

We encourage followers to share projects.  I don't know what possessed Robert Cahill to carve this small enough to put inside a walnut shell.  But he did!  And it fits!  And, I assume Robert did so with minimum use of band aids.  I think the photos speak for themselves as to size.

Hi Robert,

How great, and how small! I assume it could be smaller, but this is small!!
Verry nicely done.
I was already wondering how it would look, because a wallnut shell is small!! But it looks great Robert.
Thumb up.

Thanks for the nice comment Dries.
I am going to try to do something different for next year hopefully by that time I will have improved a bit.

Ow,you`re welcome Robert.

I hopefully see a lot from all of you guys, because for me it`s like school, seeing how some things are done and how different people do different styles and projects. One more difficult then the other ofcourse. And then give it a try myself! So It`s kind of a school for me.
I hope to learn a lot from you guys.
